Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SleepMonk collects through sleepmonk.si and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: name, email and the optional details you choose to share (such as role, age group, city or message). We may use privacy-friendly analytics that record pages visited and approximate location, without identifying you.

Why

To reply to you, send the updates you asked for, and contact you about studies you registered for. Study participation always involves a separate, written informed-consent process.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. It is stored with our hosting provider and email service, and accessed only by the SleepMonk team.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@sleepmonk.si. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Health information

Website forms do not ask for health information. Any sleep or EEG data collected in studies is handled under the study's ethics approval and consent form.
